Order Processing
Once you complete the checkout process, an Invoice page will appear in which you should print and retain for your records. Upon receipt of your order, we will e-mail you an order confirmation. Within one to three business days, we will send you a follow-up e-mail with expected ship date for your order. Due to the handcrafted nature of our designer glass pieces, we usually ship orders within ten business days.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Grape Ice offers two shipping options for delivery within the U.S. and Canada. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories.
Grape Ice uses FedEx or UPS to offer the following shipping options:

Note: Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our designer glass pieces, we normally require five to ten business days to ship orders. An expected ship date will be provided via e-mail within 1-3 business days upon receipt of your order.

Returns and Exchanges
We stand by the quality of the artwork by our distinguished Artists and Designers. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’d be happy to accept the return for a refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days of date of receipt. Please note that customer is responsible for the shipping and insurance charge of the return package. Customer must retain all original packaging for return approval.
All returns are subject to final review and approval prior to granting refund or exchange. Approval notice via e-mail will be given within five business days upon receipt of return.
Return Procedure
- Repack the item(s) in its original packaging, ensuring it’s securely packed.
- Contact us via e-mail at assistance@grapeice.com with return request. You may also call us at (866) 608-6884, Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST.
- A return authorization number will be provided to you.
- Include the return authorization number in the following return shipping address:

- For your security, please return the item(s) with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Grape Ice is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
